FULL TIME SEASONAL AQUATIC SUPERVISORS – Starting Wage $24.27
Up to 4 full time seasonal Aquatic Supervisors are directly responsible for the supervision of approximately 90 Aquatics Staff. The Aquatic Supervisor assists in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the daily operations of the aquatic complex. The Aquatic Supervisor engages in scheduling, training, and public relations. The person in this position must also ensure the safety and enjoyment of patrons at Wild Waterworks through the promotion of facility rules and regulations, and providing information regarding the available activities and facilities at Wild Waterworks and the Hamilton Conservation Authority.

Important things to note before applying to Wild Waterworks:
- Employment Period occurs from April 13, 2025 – September 6, 2025
- All new and returning staff attend mandatory training sessions throughout May and June, and bi-weekly in-season training
- Must have the ability to work up to 40 hours per week, weather depending.
- Must have the ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positions require working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and humidity
- Criminal Records and Judicial Matters check required for all positions and must be submitted prior to commencing work
- Candidates should have attention to detail, confidence, and a passion for customer service!

Required Qualifications
- Current National Lifeguard Certification
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C Certification
- Lifesaving Society's Instructor Certificate
- Previous experience in the areas of Lifeguarding, Waterparks, and Swimming or First Aid Instruction
- All candidates for a Lifeguard, Aquatic Team Leader, and Aquatic Supervisor, including returning staff, must successfully pass an NL Skills Screening as part of the hiring process. National Lifeguard skills assessed will include: endurance challenge, sprint challenge, object recovery, management of a distressed or drowning victim, and management of a submerged non-breathing victim. Skills must meet the minimum Lifesaving Society National Lifeguard standard, using a pass/fail rating.
