All items are shipped pre-paid. We ship "best way" via courier or
Canada Post, unless you tell us otherwise, to ensure best value to you. Shipping
charges will be added to your bill. If you need an estimated shipping cost,
please contact us.
We guarantee satisfaction
We will resolve any problem to your complete satisfaction. If you are not
happy with your purchase or if there is any problem in the delivery of your
order, just call us. We’ll fix it.
Return Policy
Pay us
Individuals can pay by cheque, money order, VISA or MasterCard. We ask customers
who have not prearranged credit privileges with us to send payment with their
order.
International customers
All prices are in Canadian dollars except as noted. Shipping costs and customs
charges that may apply to your country or residence and/or the shipping destination
are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, parcels may be subject
to inspection by customs authorities and may be opened.
Security & privacy
We take orders by phone, fax, e-mail or mail. You cannot order on-line. You
can use the downloadable order
form and fax, e-mail or mail it to us.
Because e-mail is not a secure means of sending confidential information,
we recommend you do not include your credit card number in an e-mail order.
Include your phone number and we’ll call you for your card number.
